What you need in INTERVIEW

UI Designer

Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in graphical design
Good understanding of cross browser testing (including IE, Mozilla and Safari)
Knowledge of ergonomics regarding man/machine interfacing UCD, HCI.
Knowledge of design and graphical tools
Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, JQUERY, JavaScript, Ajax, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver )
Must have experience in web application development across different technologies - .Net, SharePoint and Java. Must have experience on version Control system like VSS
